Postage & Packaging

We offer a delivery service where a signature will be required.
Art Prints are printed to order and securely packaged in a hard wearing cardboard tube with packaging to secure the transit.
Framed prints are carefully packaged with bubble wrap.

Please Note:
Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when a shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Refunds and Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. Should you feel you need to return any items please follow our guidelines below.

Returns
Returns policy lasts for 30 days. We can not offer refund or exchange on items beyond this time period. Return items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or order reference number.
Please email on the contact form with your details and phone number.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty or damaged in any way please contact us and we will advise as to how to proceed.Please provide as much information as possible.Your order and phone number should we need to contact you.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you notification via email. We will also notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed within seven days and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If for any reason you have not received you refund within the seven days of our approval and confirmation, please get in touch.

Postage charges/shipping costs of returned items, are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
if you are shipping/returning items over the value of £50, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not accept non-delivery of returned items.
